Official Registration Confirmation Invitation Letter

An Official Registration Confirmation and Invitation document is available to anyone who registers for the conference, and whose registration payment has been received. This is a PDF file on conference letterhead, electronically signed by the conference chair and conference organizer. This is in addition to official acceptance/invitation letters that were previously made available through the symposium website as explained in the paper acceptance emails.

Registration Terms & Policies
  1. The registration fee includes one copy of the conference proceedings in electronic format (to be delivered online).
  2. The Regular Registration does not include Short Courses.
  3. The Regular Registration does not include the Conference Banquet.
  4. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member, or URSI Member (i.e., Member of a USNC-URSI Commission — Full, Associate, or Early Career Member) at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. For details on joining IEEE, please visit ieee.org/join.
  5. In order to attend the Reviewers' Luncheon, attendees must be listed on the journals' reviewers list.
  6. Both Half-Day and Full-Day Short Courses include lunch.
  7. Authors who are unable to attend the symposium in person may have a colleague who is able to attend the meeting present the paper on their behalf. Each paper must be linked to a registered attendee and presented in person. If a colleague cannot be found to link the paper to a registration and present the paper in person, the paper will need to be withdrawn from the technical program.

Every individual attending the event must register separately. There will be a $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by Friday, June 9, 2023 in order to receive the advance registration rate. After that date, the higher registration rates will apply. Refund policy: A $50 processing fee will be forfeited for any registration that is cancelled on or before Friday, June 9, 2023. No refunds will be issued after Friday, June 9, 2023. The cancellation deadline applies to registrants with any reason for cancelling the registration, including visa issues. Registrants who require a visa may choose to wait to register later or onsite in case the visa is not obtained before the cancellation deadline. If required, a letter confirming that a paper was accepted may be obtained to support your visa application. See the visa and support letter information posted at https://2023.apsursi.org/visa.php.

Conference Networking Event: A Private Tour for AP-S/URSI 2023 guests — The Spectacular Oregon Coastline
